Last Will and Testament
The Foundation can assist you in your personal estate planning (provided you desire to benefit a Baptist cause within your estate plan) and with the preparation of the necessary legal document, your Last Will and Testament.

Powers of Attorney
To protect your interests in the event you become incapacitated and unable to make decisions for yourself you need to have legal documents called Durable Powers of Attorney in which you name the person or persons of your choice to make important decisions for you. For financial decisions you need a Durable General Power of Attorney. For health care decisions you need a Durable General Power of Attorney for Health Care. The Foundation can assist you in obtaining those important documents.

Living Will
In the event you become irreversibly terminally ill and are unable to speak for yourself, the Living Will is the legal document that allows your desires to be known to your family and the medical team. The Foundation can provide a Living Will form for you to express your desires regarding important decisions that would have to be made should this happen to you.
